Walking in the fresh air in the beautiful green spaces and blue spaces may be beneficial to you for a number of reasons. Walking side by side can be calming in a way that can make it feel easier to express difficult feelings. Simply being outside and walking at your pace can help lift mood, reduce stress and feelings of anxiety.
